Notice to Building Contractors
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified Building Contractors who wish to be considered for tendering in respect of the following project.
Works will include renovation and repair works to an existing building to provide commercial space suitable for occupation by a Gym. There is an estimated contract value of £170,000 excluding VAT.
Contractors expressing interest will be required to meet the following criteria:
Constructionline "level 2 verified" status, notation value exceeding £200k, in an appropriate category.
Buildsafe NI
SSIP Certification
And examples of 2 recently completed schemes Contractors must have/exceed the following Insurance levels Employers Liability Insurance £10m, Public Liability Insurance £10m and all risk Insurance for £250k Contractor must confirm that work can be started by 6th Jan 2025 and completed by 27th June 2025
Price will be a determining factor and the Contracting Authority Intends (subject to enough compliant and satisfactory responses being received) enter a contract with the lowest priced acceptable tender.
