Clós an Aonaigh – The Market Yard

Glór Machaire Fíolta invite qualified and experienced professionals to submit separate tenders for the following contracts:
1. Cost Consultant: Quantity Surveyor acting on behalf of Glór Mhachaire Fíolta to oversee Cost Management services for the delivery of the Clós an Aonaigh project.
2. Design Team Services: Lead Consultant to undertake the design works for Clós an Aonaigh.
Having secured Clós an Aonaigh - The Market Yard Glór Mhachaire Fíolta, intend to upgrade and redevelop the premises into a welcoming Community Centre for all with retail units, offices, exhibition and meeting facilities and professional pre/after school childcare provision. This project is funded by ‘An Ciste Infheistíochta Gaeilge’.
Completed tender fee proposals with supporting information should be emailed to glormfteo@gmail.com on or before 5.00 pm on 13th December 2024. Tenders submitted after this time will not be considered.

Pre-bid meetings cannot be accommodated however, access to the site of proposed works can be arranged through prior appointment as part of the tender preparation process.
