TAKE NOTICE that Ballygood Developments Limited (formerly Viewpoint (Holdco) Limited) the registered owner of lands comprised in Folios AN142527 County Antrim and AN154036 County Antrim, being lands to the north and east of 21 Lenamore Drive, Jordanstown, County Antrim, and by its solicitors MacCorkellLegal & Commercial Limited has made an application to the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland pursuant to Article 4 of Part II of the Property (Northern Ireland) Order 1978, for an Order declaring the existence of a right of way at all times and for all purposes with or without vehicles for the benefit of the applicant’s lands over Lenamore Drive, Lenamore Avenue, Glenkeen Avenue and Church Avenue, Jordanstown, County Antrim.
Persons who wish to object to this application may do so by serving notice in writing upon the Registrar of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland, Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JF,
WITHIN 28 DAYS of the date of publication of this notice together with details of:
(a) how they are a legal beneficiary of the land over which the proposed right of way will run, and
(b) the nature of their objections.
