Legal Notice

 

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a dividend to unsecured creditors of the abovenamed Estate no later than four months from the 20 November 2024. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 08 January 2025, to send their proofs of debt to Ronan Duffy of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 101 Spencer Rd, Derry BT47 6AE, the Trustee of the Estate and, if so required, to provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.
