An application has been mode to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for a review of the current consent (consent number 6565/2007) under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 which makes an effluent discharge to a waterway from Whitehouse Wastewater Treatment Works You may contact Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) of DAERA to request a copy of the application el either electronic version via email or paper copy by post.
