Application for a Marine Construction Licence

APPLICATION FOR A MARINE CONSTRUCTION LICENCE UNDER PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009.

A Marine Licence application has been made by Adman Civil Projects Ltd to complete Remedial Works to Sea Defences on behalf of Translink, in the location of Carrickfergus, Boneybefore.

Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and
controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
