BAXTER, WILLIAM (BILLY) - Died January 29, 2020, peacefully, at his home, Main Street, Hillsborough, dearly-loved husband of Eileen, beloved father of Esme, Beth, Ivan and the late Ian, father-in-law of Alan and David. Will be sadly missed by all his family including his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Service in Hillsborough Presbyterian Church tomorrow (Friday) 31st January 2020 at 1.00 p.m. Interment afterwards in Hillsborough Parish Churchyard.
