BELL, NORMAN (DAVID) - Passed away February 10, 2020, at the age of 90. A remarkable man, dearly loved and missed. Beloved brother to Hilary, Muriel and Cyril, and uncle to Fiona, Bruce, Mark, Dan, Heidi, Philip and Lindsey. As was his wish, there will be no funeral ceremony. Blessed to have had him in our lives.
