McDOWELL, STEPHEN SAMUEL (Ex RUC/PSNI) - Passed on January 21, 2019, (suddenly), returning from holiday, late of Ballygowan. A Service celebrating his life will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday 31st January, 2019 at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust c/o Norman McBriar & Son, Funeral Directors, 33a Main Street, Saintfield, BT24 7AB. Sadly missed by his wife and best friend Catherine and his darling daughter Judith. SUFTUM.
