IRWIN, PATRICIA (PAT) - Passed away February 18, 2019, much-loved mother of Julie and Alan. A caring mother-in-law and loving grandmother to Charlotte, Sam and Jack. Funeral service will be held tomorrow (Thursday) 21st February 2019 at 10 a.m. in Albertbridge Congregational Church, Woodstock Link followed by committal in Roselawn Cemetery. No flowers please.
