Died March 6, 2019, peacefully, at Ringdufferin Nursing Home in the presence of his nephew and niece-in-law, dearly-beloved husband of the late Martha, loving uncle of David and Geraldine and great-uncle of James and Sam. Cecils funeral will take place on Monday 11th March at 1.15 p.m in Gilmores Funeral Church, 13 The Square, Comber BT23 5DX. Tel.
