FLOWER, ARTHUR RAYMOND - Died April 13, 2019. Much loved Father of Ray, Dianne and Graham, Father-in-Law of Sue and Kerry, Grandfather of Michelle, Raymond and Jonathan and Great Grandfather to Ellen, Felicity and Sophie. He never failed to do his best, his heart was true and tender, he only lived for those he loved, and those he loved remember.
