SURGENOR, WILLIAM JAMES (BILLY) - May 27, 2019, peacefully, at Belfast City Hospital, late of Ben Eden Green, Belfast, dearly-beloved partner of Freda and loving father of James and Laura, loving brother of Victoria, David, Elizabeth and John. A Celebration of Billys life will be held in Roselawn Crematorium on Friday 31st May at 9.30 a.m. Family flowers only please.
