HOARE (Née BARR), JOANNE ELIZABETH GRIER - Died June 27, 2019, aged 41, after a long illness, formerly of 5 Rosepark South, Belfast. A memorial service for the celebration of the life of Joanne will be held in St. Elizabeth's Parish Church, Dundonald, BT16 2LP, on Wednesday July 31st at 2.00 p.m. She will always be remembered for her courage and determination.
