FINLAY, JOSEPH REID - Passed away December 31, 2018. Sadly missed by daughter Vivien and son Jeff, his grand-children, great-grandchildren and the whole family circle. Funeral Service to be held at Joe's home on Saturday 5th January 2019 at 10.15 a.m. Missed by all.
