TOWE, NOEL - Passed away July 29, 2021, peacefully, at the Horton General Hospital, Oxon, England, aged 77 years, dearly loved husband to the late Jean, a loving Dad of Ben, Matt, Sharon and Luke, brother to Ivan and a devoted Grandad to all of his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to take place at St. Mary's Church, Adderbury on Monday 9th August at 2.00 p.m. No dress code - come as you wish.
