BALMER, ARTHUR - R.I.P Died peacefully, under the wonderful care of Park View care home on 2nd September 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly beloved husband of Jean. Adored father of Darren, Sarah-Anne, Marie and Emma, their partners Colleen, Neil and Gordon. A loving grandfather to his ten adoring grandchildren. Cherished son of the late Arthur and May. A Service will take place for Arthur at 3:20pm on Tuesday 12th September 2023, at Roselawn Crematorium. Arthur will be sorely missed by his heartbroken wife, son, daughters, grand-children and entire family circle.
