BURNS, CECELIA MARY SRN (Née SHARP) - Passed away peacefully, at Railway Lodge Care Home, on 2nd October 2023. Dearly beloved wife of Professor Duncan Thornburn Burns. Previously of 318 Stranmillis Road, Belfast and Dumfries Scotland. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her. Cecelia will make her final journey to St Bridget's Church, Derryvolgie Avenue, on Friday 6th October 2023, for a Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Burial to take place at a later date in Wigtown, Scotland. Cecelia will be sorely missed by her sorrowing husband, friends, and wider family circle.
