Mcdade, Edward (Ed) Reverend

McDADE, EDWARD (ED) REVEREND - Born 1951. Sadly announcing the passing, suddenly and painlessly in the company of friends, of Ed McDade, formerly of Albertbridge Road, then in the Methodist ministry for many years.  Ed will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him, including brother David and wider family, his late wife Heather's family, and his many friends and colleagues.  After a private committal at Roselawn Crematorium, there will be a Service of Thanksgiving for Ed's life at 2.00 p.m. on Saturday 14th October, in Sydenham Methodist Church, followed by light refreshments in the hall. For the protection of others, the wearing of masks indoors is appreciated, if able. Drivers please be aware that the church car park will be reserved for crematorium guests, and that large numbers are expected to attend.  Some parking is available at nearby Salvation Army, but please allow plenty of time to find on-street spaces.  The Service will also be relayed live, and available afterwards, on YouTube channel "Sydenham Methodist".  Donations in lieu of flowers, please, to Marie Curie, or other cancer charity, in tribute also to the care provided for Ed's beloved wife, Heather.
