McMILLAN, WILLIAM JAMES (BILLY) - Billy McMillan was part of the Barnardo's family for 32 years until his retirement. It is impossible to know exactly how many young people's lives he touched and enriched during that time, both as a practitioner and as a senior manager, but what we do know is that his professionalism and his passion for improving their lives was part of his very being and his impact will always be felt here. As his colleagues and friends we will continue to celebrate him by sharing our memories of his work and the many laughs he gave us over the years. We extend our sincere sympathy to his wife Caroline, daughter Anna, sisters Eileen and Ray and son Simon. Rest in peace.
