BRIGGS, ROY - 13th April 2024, peacefully, at hospital, dearly beloved husband of the late Ernestine and much loved father of Vivienne, Jonathan, Carole and Hilary, a dear father-in-law and loving grandfather of Jack, Patrick, Christy, Corey, Rhian and Rhys. Funeral Service will be held in Down Parish Church, Downpatrick on Wednesday 17th April at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. No flowers please. Donations may be made in lieu, if desired, to Ward1 Downe Hospital c/o Charles Rourke and Sons, Funeral Directors, 51 Church Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6EH. Family and friends are welcome to call at the family home on Tuesday 16th April between 2:00pm – 6:00pm.
