CARTER, JOHN - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Carter (JC) on 1st August 2024, peacefully in the company of loved ones after a short illness. His beloved wife, Barbara and family would dearly like you to join them for a casual & colourful celebration of his life at Belfast Harlequins rugby club on Thursday 8th August from 4pm-8pm (eulogy at 5pm).
