LOUGHINS, VALERIE (Née WATTERS) - Died peacefully with family August 31st 2024. Loving and devoted wife to the late Frank, mother to Colin, Sharon & Brian, mother-in-law to Gillian, Michael & Jennifer, Grandma to Lucie and the late Jack. Dearly missed by family and friends, now at peace with loved ones. Celebration of life being held on Monday 16th September at The Bryansburn Inn, 151 Bryansburn Road, Bangor, BT20 3RQ at 1pm. Flowers or donations, if desired, to Cancer Research.
