Grandfather of David, Michael, Matthew and wife Victoria, Patrick, Clare and Caitlin. Great-grandfather of Joni and Nina.  Crematorium Private. A Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Noel will be held at St Philip & St James, Holywood at 11am on Tuesday 8th October 2024. House Private. Family flowers only.
