FRANCEY, WILMA - August 4, 2017. Lovingly rememberd and deeply missed by her husband Derek, children Sharon, Paul, Caroline and Leanne, all her grandchildren and great-grandchild. We regretfully announce the first anniversary of her passing. With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away and although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
