COULTER, JACK - Died November 9, 2018. Precious memories of our dearest dad, also our beloved mum Patsy, died April 24th 2004. Sadly missed by their loving sons Mark and Paul, daughter-in-law Diane and family. Also lovingly remembered by his sister Margaret, niece Jenny and families. Softly the leaves of memory fall, gently I gather and treasure them all, unseen, unheard you are always near, so missed, so loved so very dear.
