FORSTER, VICTOR HENRY (VEN.) - The family of the late Ven. Victor Forster, late of Ard-na-ree, Groomsport, would like to thank those who sympathised with them on the death of a dear husband and father on November 30, 2009. To those who telephoned, sent messages and cards of sympathy and who attended Victor's Funeral. Sincere thanks to the Nursing and Medical Staff who attended Victor in the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald, where he died peacefully. To the District Nursing Staff and Dr. Majury who attended Victor over the years and the Home Care Team for their support in recent months. A very special thanks to all his friends and relatives who gave so much support to the family circle at the time of his unexpected death. A special thank you to the Rev. Duncan Pollock who conducted the Funeral with such dignity, the fellow Clergy who attended and to the Organist. To Bishop Gordon McMullan, a loyal and dear friend, whose address will leave us many lovely memories. To Bishop Alan Abernethy (his son-in-law) and Archdeacon Pringle who conducted the committal. Thank you to the ladies of the Parishes Groomsport and Clogh who provided tea after the Service and burial. To the Parishioners of Groomsport and Ballyholme of Clogher and Meath Diocese for their support. To Gray Funeral Directors, Bangor, who carried out all the funeral arrangements for the family.
