BRIGGS, MAUREEN - The husband, children and the family circle of the late Maureen Briggs wish to express their sincere thanks to all those neighbours, friends, relations and colleagues who provided kind wishes and support during Maureen's illness and at her passing. The number of cards, personal visits and the huge attendance at her funeral were testimony to the esteem in which she was held, by so many. To thank everyone individually would be beyond our powers, so we hope that this notice will be accepted in the spirit of gratitude in which it is meant. Special thanks must go to Jennifer Hartley and the Rev. Dave Sweeney for their attendance on Maureen and for the manner in which the funeral service and interment were conducted, also to be deeply thanked, are the Staff in so many disciplines of the N.I. Hospice Organisation, together with the Staff and Nursing Services of the S.E. Health and Social Care Trust. The Staff of Kirkwoods F.D., conducted everything with such seamless ease and dignity, it relieved the family of a huge burden. The Staff of 47 Somerton Road, are to be thanked for their very special support and consideration. It is not possible to thank every individual so we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our family's very real appreciation.
