LESLIE, THOMAS JAMES (JIM) - Wife Daphne and the family of the late Jim wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all who sent cards, telephoned, called, attended the funeral, made donations or helped in any way. Sincere thanks to Belfast City Hospital in particular to Professor McMullan, Ward 10 and The Bridgewater Suite, also to N.I. Hospice, Marie Curie, Health Care At Home and the District Nursing Teams. Finally thanks to Rev. Trevor Neill for conducting the Funeral Service and Gilmore Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
