FITZSIMONS, SARAH (SADIE) - Called Home December 17, 2013. The sister and family of the late Sadie would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to Woodvale Funeral Services for providing their services and facilities, also Mr George Lunn, Belfast City Mission for his time and compassion shown to the family before and during the service. To all those that called to the house, sent cards, flowers and those who attended the service. Special thanks to all the Intensive Domiciliary Care Staff for all their dedication and support towards Sadie and the family over the last 3 years, without this support it would not have been possible for Sadie to remain at home with her family. Hoping this acknowledgement will be accepted by all.
