BEATTIE, ALAN - The family circle of the late Alan Beattie wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Bob McEvoy for his prayers and words of comfort. Thanks also to Members of the RAOB for their attendance and kind sentiments. We acknowledge Wilton Funeral Directors for their sympathetic and helpful expertise handling all of the funeral arrangements. We also give our heartfelt appreciation to all of the medical personnel and, in particular the Marie Curie Nurses, for their unfailing care and attention to Alan during his illness. As it would be impossible to individually thank everyone who sent donations to Marie Curie Cancer Care, letters, cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at home, attended the funeral or helped in any way, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
