LONG, ERIC - The wife and family of the late Eric Long wish to offer their very sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all those friends who came to the funeral service, sent cards, telephoned, called at the home, made donations or helped in other ways. Special thanks to Rev. Jim Campbell and family members who participated in the Service in Regent Street Presbyterian Church and to the Methodist Church who kindly granted the use of their halls and facilities. Thanks also to Rev. Dr. Allen Sleith for his pastoral visitation. The family would acknowledge with thanks and appreciation the exceptional care and support given by the Doctors, Nurses and other Staff in Ward 10 of the City Hospital. Thanks also to S. Clarke & Son for the dignified, caring and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of appreciation for the kindness and support received by all members of the family and family circle.
