BELL, SAMUEL (SAM) - The wife and family wish to offer their heartfelt thanks to all their kind relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who sympathised with their recent bereavement. Special thanks to the Rev. David McConaghy for his kind words, the Rev. Johnathan Currie for his visits at hospital and First Saintfield Presbyterian Church Members for providing refreshments after the service. To Norman McBriar & Son for the dignified and caring way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. The family appreciate the exceptional care received from the Doctors, Nurses and Hospital Staff and the kindest support and friendship from fellow patients at Ward 20, Ulster Hospital, and the dedicated Staff at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Cardiac I.C.U. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
