HAMILTON, ANDREW JAMES (ANDY) - The wife and family circle of the late Andy wish to thank all those who sympathised with them on their recent, sad bereavement. Thanks to the Staff of Lisbane Surgery, to the Nurses, District Nurses and all Caring Staff who attended Andy at home, for their unfailing care and attention. Thanks to the friends and neighbours who sent cards, letters, emails, called at the home, telephone calls and gifts and to those who attended the Funeral Service. Thanks to Browns Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they carried out their duties. Special thanks to the Rev. Stephen Lowry, for his prayers and help over Andy's illness and at the Funeral Service and home. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
