REID, SAMUEL - The wide family circle of the late Samuel Reid wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sent sympathy cards, called at the home, donated to the specified charity and attended the funeral. We would especially like to thank the Medical and Catering Staff of The Mater Hospital whose care and compassion to Samuel knew no bounds. We also would like to thank the Rev. Samuel Newell for his words of comfort during Sam's last days and for his moving Funeral Service at the family home. Our grateful thanks also to the Worthy Brethren of the R.A.O.B., especially Tom McNaught, Bobby Thompson, Billy Stewart and Sammy Docherty and especially Jubilee Lodge 7328 who paid many enjoyable visits to Sam in his later years and showed the true meaning of brotherly friendship. We also thank John Pollock, a good friend of many years, for his visits to the home. Thanks also to Shankill Funeral Services for the professional and dignified conduct at the funeral. We trust this acknowledgement of thanks to all those who sympathised in our sad loss will be accepted with deep gratitude.
