DEAN, ELIZABETH GARRETT - The daughters, son and family circle of the late Elizabeth Dean wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to Dr. McGivern, Dromara Surgery, the Staff of Annahilt Care Home, the Doctors and Nurses in the Medical Admissions Unit of Lagan Valley Hospital for all their unfailing care and attention. Also thanks to those friends and neighbours who sent cards or letters of sympathy, telephoned, brought gifts, attended the funeral service, sent donations in lieu of flowers for Assisi Animal Sanctuary, (c/o Douglas Donations Account), or helped in any other way. A special word of thanks to the Rev. Jim Williamson for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the Funeral Service. Our thanks also to Bill Reid and Staff, Douglas Funeral Directors, we couldn't have managed without your help and support when arranging and carrying out the funeral arrangements, the attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
