DEGNAN, JOAN (Nee FALLS) - The family of the late Joan Degnan (Carrickfergus) wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised and helped them following their recent bereavement. Thank you to all who sent cards, called at the family home, telephoned, attended the funeral, made donations to Marie Curie Cancer Care, kept us in their thoughts or helped in any way. Thank you to all the Staff of Castle Practice and the Bridgewater Suite, Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre for their care and attention shown to Joan during her illness. To all who provided care for Joan at home (the community care team, district nurses, N.I Hospice and Marie Curie). To Fr. Peter Owens, the folk group and all who assisted with the beautiful funeral service and to Mulhollands Funeral Directors, for their sympathetic and helpful expertise in handling the funeral arrangements. Hoping that this will be accepted by all with our grateful thanks from her loving family.
