Armitage, Barry

ARMITAGE, BARRY - Bangor. The family of the late Barry Armitage (R.I.P.) wish to express their sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with them during their recent bereavement. Our deepest thanks to Fr. Gunn (St. Comgall's, Bangor) and Canon Mullin (Holy Cross, Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh) for their spiritual support and guidance. Special thanks to our extended families, friends, neighbours and colleagues who offered their support and help prior to Barry's death, especially his RUC and PSNI colleagues. Thank you to all who called at the house, sent Mass and sympathy cards, provided food, attended the funeral and gave donations in lieu of flowers. Also, to the doctors, nurses and carers at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Ulster Hospital, Ards Community Hospital and Ailsa Lodge who showed such kindness and dedication to Barry during his long illness. The family also wish to extend their thanks to the principal, staff and pupils of St. Patrick's Primary School, Holywood for their support. Also the principal, staff and pupils of St. Comhghall's College, Lisnaskea, who kindly attended the funeral and provided a guard of honour. Thanks also to Niall and Brian McClean who provided the beautiful music at the Funeral Mass. Special thanks for the attentive and professional services of John Gray and Co. Funeral Directors, Bangor. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our sincere appreciation. Holy Mass will be offered for everyone's intentions.
