SHERIDAN, GEORGE - The family of the late George Sheridan would like to offer sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. We were overwhelmed by the kindness and comfort offered by all those who visited us, helped at the wake, sent cards, organised mass offerings, sent donations to charity and attended the funeral. We are very grateful to our extended family and our friends for their love and attentiveness. We extend our thanks to Father Conor McGrath for the celebration of a funeral mass which George would have so enjoyed and to Finbarr Keaveney for his beautiful singing. Our thanks also go to the Doctors and Nurses of Mount Oriel Practice and to NI Hospice and Marie Curie Nurses who cared for George and took time to attend his funeral. We thank Healy Brothers Funeral Directors for the caring, efficient and dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of sincere appreciation. George's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 3rd June at 10.00 a.m. at Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Carryduff).
