BRIGGS, ERNEST - The wife, daughter, sons and family circle of the late Ernest (Ernie) Briggs wish to express their sincere thanks to all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Clifford Skillen for conducting the funeral service and for his words of comfort and prayers. To Rev. Jim Briggs for the lovely tribute paid to Ernie and to Canon John Budd and Mr Jim McKee for their visitations and spiritual support. To the Organist and Members of Christ Church Choir Derriaghy and the ladies of Christ Church for providing refreshments after the service. To Dr. Glover, Doctors and Nursing Staff of Ward 7C Royal Victoria Hospital for their unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent donations to Friends of The Cancer Unit Belfast City Hospital, cards of sympathy, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
