CARLETON, ANN JANE - The family circle of the late Ann Carleton wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. A very special thanks to Captain Waghorn of the Salvation Army for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers. To the staff of Adelaide House Residential Home for their unfailing care and attention to her during her time with them and especially during her final days. To all those who sent donations, cards and letters of sympathy, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way. To Elwood and Capper for the dignified and professional way they carried out all the funeral arrangements on behalf of the family. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
