SURGEONER, EVA MILLAR - The family of the late Eva Surgeoner wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent, sad bereavement. We would like to thank all those who called at our homes, brought gifts, telephoned, sent cards, gave donations to the Alzheimer's Society, attended the Funeral Service and helped in any way. We send our thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of Antrim Area Hospital, Ward A3 and to Clareview Private Nursing Home for their attentive care to our Mother. Also to Templepatrick Surgery and Kells and Connor Medical Practice and to Ballykeel Pharmacy for their exceptional service. We would also like to the thank the Rev. Bell for conducting the Funeral Service and to Joanne for her many visits to Mum while in hospital. To Fleming and Cuthbert for their professional and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carred out.
