CAMPBELL, BARBARA DUNCAN - John Campbell and the Campbell family circle would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported us through Barbara's illness and sudden passing. Special thanks to the Reverend McDonald who conducted the service and to all those who attended the funeral, sent cards and donated to the various charities. Thanks also to the Staff and Doctors at Salisbury Medical Centre, the various Nurses who visited, the Staff at Fortwilliam Pharmacy and the Carers. All were very kind and helpful during Barbara's illness. Also the Staff of Melville's Funeral Parlour who took care of the funeral arrangements. Trusting this will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
