URWIN, MADELEINE - Her husband Ian, daughter Tania, son Nicholas, sister Norah and family circle wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathized with them during their recent sad bereavement. A special thanks to the staff and carers of Rose Lodge Nursing Home, Lisburn and Dr. Fleming for all their unfailing care and attention. Thank you to Rev. William Odling-Smee for his words of comfort and prayers and for conducting the Thanksgiving Service and the ladies of St. Georges Parish Church, Belfast, for providing and serving the refreshments. To all those who called at the home, brought gifts, sent cards, letters, telephoned, gave donations, attended the service or helped in anyway. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
