PRICE, ALBERT - The wife and family of Albert wish to thank all those kind friends, neighbours, relatives and Army Comrades who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement and who visited him during his illness. Thank you to all who called at the house, brought gifts, sent cards and texts, telephoned, made donations and attended the funeral. Thanks to Gwen from Gwen's Cafe and Denise McCann who provided enough food for the family for 3 days and Diane from the Cuckin Pot for providing the lovely refreshments after the funeral. Thank you to Dr. Mark Hall and the Staff of Slemish View Surgery for their constant care of Albert and support of the family, also the Doctors and Staff of Antrim Hospital and Inver House Larne. A very special thanks to the wonderful Staff of Rose Martha Court for their excellent care over the months of his illness and eased his final days with compassion both to him and the family. Sincere thanks to the Reverend Joseph Andrews who visited Albert over the past few years and for conducting the very dignified Service in the Church and at the graveside. Special thanks to John Downey for organising the military funeral arrangements and to Piper Wayne Johnston and Bugler Alan Sheridan, the Pallbearers and Standard Bearers who carried out their duties well. Finally, grateful thanks to Alan Francey Funeral Director and his Staff for the professional and courteous way they performed the funeral arrangements and their kindness to the family. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a heartfelt expression of gratitude to everyone for their support and comfort at this sad time.
