ATKINSON, ELIZABETH (LILY) - Tommy Atkinson and his family would like to thank the Rev. Colin Morrison, the Staff of Melville Morgan Funeral Directors, the Staff of Ward B the Mater Hospital, who cared for my wife during her illness, the district nursing team and the 24 hour nursing team for North / West Belfast, the palliative care team, community dental team from the Carlisle Centre and Marie Curie Staff. The care my wife received was exceptional. Thank you to our friends and family for your support before, during and after her funeral, it was greatly appreciated.
