DALE, AGNES (NANCY) - The daughters and family circle of the late Nancy Dale wish to express sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. John Mbayo for conducting the Funeral Service, and for his words of comfort and prayers. To the family doctors at Cregagh Surgery and staff of Ward 4a Ulster Hospital, Dundonald for their unfailing care and attention during her short illness. Thanks to all those who sent donations towards Alzheimer's Society - £545 has been raised so far. To all those who sent Mass and sympathy cards, floral tributes, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way. To the Staff of Ravenhill Funeral Directors for the dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
