MULLIGAN, WILLIAM JOHN (BILLY) - The family of the late William Mulligan would like to thank those who sent cards and messages of support following Billy's passing. Thanks also to Canon R. Nesbitt for conducting the service and to the ladies of Donaghadee Parish Church who provided refreshments.
