HERON, STEPHANIE - The husband and family of the late Stephanie Heron wish to express their sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement, telephoned, gave donations, sent cards or attended Stephanie's funeral. Special thanks to the Nursing Staff of the Ulster Hospital for their unfailing care and attention, to the Rev. Harold MacConnell for conducting the service and for his pastoral care and visits, to our Church organist, John Dallas, and to Kirkwoods Funeral Directors for the dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation for your kindness and support.
