JORDAN, MAURICE - The entire family circle of the late Maurice wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them during their recent, sad bereavement. Thanks to the many relatives, friends, and neighbours who called to the house, sent Mass and sympathy cards, letters, floral tributes, gave charitable donations, brought refreshments and attended the funeral. A special thanks to Canon B. Murray, Fr. P. Strain and Fr. E. Creamer CSsR for concelebrating the Mass and to Bishop A. Farquhar in attendance. A particular thanks to Canon Murray who was so attentive to Maurice both at home and in hospital and for his uplifting homily. Thanks to Marion Jordan and organist Mark Laverty whose beautiful singing and music enhanced the liturgy and to Tony Devlin for the order of service. To the doctors and nurses at the Mater Hospital (Ward A) for their care and kindness to Maurice, especially in his final days. To Clonard Credit Union staff whose support and affection was so appreciated by him. To the staff at O'Kanes for the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. As we cannot thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. Maurice's Months Mind will be held on Friday 3rd August at 10.00 a.m. in St. Therese of Lisieux Church.
